What is the return period?
You have 20 calendar days from the purchase of your order to make a return.
How Can I return and item?
You have to follow these steps:
- You just have to log into our return page and enter the requested information.
- If the courier company that delivered your order was GLS, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been accepted. GLS will pick up the package at the address of your choice.
- If the courier company that delivered your order was DHL, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been accepted and include the address of DHL dop-off location closest to you.

What are the return costs?
Please note that the return has a fee which will be deducted from your refund:

- África y Middle East 41 - 65 €
- Original shipment costs are not refunded.
Can I return any item?
Yes, the returned articles should be packed, in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged), including their original labels.
When will I get reimbursed?
We will refund you in the payment method used for the purchase. Please, allow up to 14 working days, from the date you sent the ítems back, fo rus to receive and process your return. You will receive and email letting you know when the refund has been made. Kindly note that it might take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
No, we can’t accept any exchanges. You will have to request a return and buy the new item.
The item I received is not what I ordered, What Can I do?
If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product please contact us at customer@arrelsbarcelona.com and we will solve the issue right away.
