Jocelyn Tsaih was born in Taiwan, raised in Shanghai, and now lives in Oakland, California. Her work, a reflection of her life journey across countries, continents and cultures, centers around an amorphous figure that is both abstract and human in form and that represents the thoughts, feelings, and emotions we all share. Her illustrations have been turned into home decor, apparel, murals, and more. She counts The New York Times, Greenpeace, Apple, Airbnb, and Facebook are among her many clients.
When designing the Arrels Barcelona print, she thought of how desperately we all want and need to get away from our daily routines. To swim, frolic, and feel the sun on our faces. With her Fun design she has dealt us the perfect hand.
