In 2011 he established his own studio, which he named Silas Tom. His distinctive wit and style have earned him commissions for Neiman Marcus, HarperCollins, and The Wall Street Journal, to name a few. Rob also created the iconic logo for world-renowned podcast “Welcome to Night Vale”, and in 2018 was nominated for the Cooper Hewitt National Design Award.
