Julianna Plexxo

Juliana Plexxo is a Colombian artist who was raised in Ecuador. Inspired by the work of esteemed painter Oswaldo Guayasamín, Juliana developed a love for the visaul arts at a very young age. She went on to study at the University of Navarra in Spain and laster was invited to join Barcelona’s legendary Joan Barbará workshop, where Picasso, Miró, Dalí and others developed the engraving technique. A pioneer in the art world, she was the first Colombian woman to exhibit at the La Capilla del Hombre, where she was named the next great Hispanic artist.
